Apple season is upon us... and
Ed is offering to conduct a
pie making class in Tam's kitchen the morning of the
Sea Glass Ride for any Cyclopaths who
aren't riding that Saturday morning, and are interested in learning the fine art of making a pie crust. Since he'd then take on the added chore of cleaning Tam's kitchen
before everyone arrives for the
post-ride brunch, he'd like to get an idea of how many folks are interested in this endeavor. (He estimates it will take 3 hours from start to finish.)

Ed, you do realize this means you won't be joining us on the ride. HOW ARE WE GOING TO GET YOU BACK ON THE BIKE?
